We offer a 7 day period (from delivered date) to our valued customers to return a product under the following events and receive a refund in the provided bank account to us.

if approved, return or exchange will be done within 10 business days.

we dont make any refund, in case of any refund approved, it will be refunded to your bnk account within 10 business days.

We accept your request when we receive your goods completely unused.

The maximum resolution time promised to the customer is 15 working days
